Exchange and Refunds
Though you may categorise our product as a fashion accessory, our clutches are designed with one objective - to make you the centre of attention. So providing a quality product is ingrained in our processes. Undoubtedly we take detailing very seriously - whether it is while designing, manufacturing or packing and shipping. We have stringent quality processes all through. Our products are checked thoroughly for workmanship and fine quality before they leave our premise. While we take utmost care, damages during delivery are all very possible. Should you have a problem, we will be only to glad to resolve it. Please read further on to know our return and exchange policy.
We would like you to be aware of what will constitute a manufacturing defect or a design defect.
A manufacturing defect is one where the manufacturing and quality processes were not rightly followed, if the materials used were not as specified and as a result the product deviates from the intended design.
A design defect will be a flaw, bad feature, imperfection which will substantially alter the aesthetic look of the object.
Mishandling during delivery which distorts the physical look of the product will be termed as damage during the shipping and delivery. This will be when the packet is delivered to you in visibly distorted and damaged form.
Any difference in a product's colour when compared to an photograph's colour will not constitute a design or manufacturing defect
Return and Exchange Policy
- As a general policy, exchanges are only for items damaged during the shipping and delivery process or a manufacturing or a very apparent design defect.
- In the unfortunate event of receiving a damaged or a flawed item, we request you to provide pictures clearly highlighting the damage or flaw within 2 days of receipt of the item. Please email the same to firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the defect.
- On confirmation of the damage or flaw, we will exchange the item for one of the same style and price. In the event the same item is not available we will be glad to exchange for an item of similar value. At this point we do not have a refund policy and we are unable to process refunds.
- If you receive the package in damaged form, we advise you to photograph the package before opening it. Please ensure the damage is very evident in the photograph and the picture shows an unopened package.
- The final decision on return and exchange will be at the discretion of House of BIO.
- House of BIO will not give refund for, return or exchange items which in its opinion have been damaged by negligence due to an accident, fall, knock, normal wear and tear, or physical abuse from any repair or modification.
